OUR MISSION
Our mission at Tell a Doc Foundation is to bridge the gap between people and quality healthcare—ensuring that by 2026, every individual, regardless of location, income, or background, has access to free, reliable medical support.
We are driven by the vision of a world where no one is denied healthcare due to cost, distance, or lack of information. Through innovative technology, grassroots outreach, and meaningful partnerships, we aim to empower communities, promote health education, and deliver lifesaving care to those who need it most.
OUR VISION
At Tell a Doc Foundation, our vision is to create a world where quality healthcare is accessible to all—regardless of socioeconomic status or geographic location. We envision communities where no child suffers from preventable illness, where rural and underserved populations are connected to expert care, and where technology serves as a bridge to wellness, not a barrier.
By 2026, we aim to be a leading force in transforming healthcare access across underserved regions, inspiring a global movement for equity, dignity, and preventive care for all.
OUR STATICS

RECENT CAUSES
In our ongoing commitment to make quality healthcare accessible to all, the Tell a Doc Foundation has launched a new initiative aimed at improving health outcomes in underserved rural communities across Nigeria. This program focuses on:
Mobile Health Clinics: Deploying fully equipped mobile units to remote areas, providing essential medical services directly to those in need.
Telemedicine Services: Utilizing technology to connect patients in isolated regions with qualified healthcare professionals, ensuring timely consultations and follow-ups.
Community Health Education: Conducting workshops and seminars to educate locals on preventive healthcare practices and disease management.
This initiative has already made a significant impact, reaching over 10,000 individuals in various communities, offering free medical checkups, treatments, and health education sessions. Our goal is to expand this program further, ensuring that no one is left behind in the journey towards better health.
